A client would like to be able to edit in Excel in 'A3 format'.
Ie: page breaks etc where they should be for an A3 spreadsheet..
Is this possible (when you don't have a printer that supports A3)? I didn't think it was, but the client insisted that she believes there is a way..
I understood that you have an A3 printer, you can automatically adjust the spreadsheet to fit this (via page set up), but if you don't, it's not possible..
The client said that she was sending the document to her husband to print off. My understanding is that, as he has a printer that prints A3, he will be able to adjust excel to A3 in his paper set up, but my client won't be able to..

Steps

1. Open Microsoft Word. If you’re using Windows, click the Windows menu, select Microsoft Office, then Microsoft Word. If you’re using a Mac, you should find the Microsoft Word icon on the dock or launchpad.
2. Click Symbol. You’ll see it on the panel at the top of the screen, toward the right.
3. Click the “Font” drop-down menu. It’s near the top of the window.
4. Click the “Subset” drop-down menu. It’s right next to the “Font” menu.
5. Click the circled number you want to add.
6. Click Insert. The circled number now appears in your Word document.
